ERA Entertainment is an Orlando-based entertainment and production company creating immersive experiences for private, corporate and venue events. We bring performers, musicians, creative direction and production together under one vision, allowing every element of an event to feel intentional and connected.
OUR STORY
Our story began in 2015 with Embajadores de Raíces y Artes, born from a desire to celebrate cultural arts in a way that could educate, entertain and connect with the diverse communities of Central Florida. Just as importantly, ERA was created to build the kind of environment its founder believed performers deserved: one where artists were valued, developed and treated as an essential part of the experience.
What began with a small cast performing Puerto Rican folklore soon expanded into other cultures, stages and creative concepts. Those early years were built through rehearsals, community performances and
countless opportunities to learn together. As the company's creative reach grew beyond its original cultural focus, the name evolved too. The foundation remained the same, but Embajadores de Raíces y Artes became ERA Entertainment.
2019 | A BIGGER STAGE
By 2019, ERA had expanded beyond dance into singers, theatrical entertainment and original productions. Its first ticketed production, A World Trip on Tables, was completely sold out and only two weeks from opening when the COVID-19 pandemic forced its cancellation. Rather than abandon what had been built, ERA used the years that followed to rethink, rebuild and create.
REBUILDING | A NEW BEGINNING
When the cast returned to rehearsals, ERA was starting again in many ways, but with a much bigger vision. New performers, new concepts and new services followed, along with original productions such as Echoes of Time and creative collaborations that continued pushing ERA beyond traditional event entertainment.
TODAY | THE ERA EXPERIENCE
Today, that evolution continues. ERA brings together entertainment, live music, production and event planning with a theatrical approach, creating experiences that feel less like individual services and more like one creative vision brought to life.
MEET ANGEL SOTO
Founder • Creative Director • Producer
Angel Soto is the founder, Creative Director and Producer of ERA Entertainment, bringing together his experience as a performer, choreographer, director and producer to create entertainment with intention.
His approach is rooted in storytelling and collaboration. Whether developing an original production, directing a cast or designing entertainment for a private event, Angel focuses on how each element works together to create an experience that connects with its audience.
Since founding ERA in 2015, his role has evolved alongside the company, but the philosophy has remained consistent: develop the artist, respect the craft and create something audiences will remember.
